Toolkit Agreement

Public Health England has developed a fast-track model agreement (MS Word Document, 62.4KB) to quickly assess possible treatments for Ebola and Zika and share the results with stakeholders for a coordinated global response. Following consultations, it is now available as a model agreement that can be adapted to any crisis concerning human, animal and/or environmental health. This document was designed to encourage local teams to discuss in order to focus their discussions on what to consider in the development of a local inter-institutional agreement or in the implementation of the state agreement at the local level, where the state has only a state agreement. This is a pre-registered webinar, available on request and presented by the WINTAC Pre-ETS, RSA, NTACT and Nevada VR and DOE team. In this webinar, speakers share information on the requirements of the formal interamage agreement, as a backdrop, the IDEA requirements that comply with the agreement, the toolkit to assist in the development of the agreement, and Nevada`s experience in revising their SEA agreement to be compatible with WIOA. The National Institute for Health Research (NIHR) offers, through its Clinical Research Infrastructure Office, a series of models of use in research partnerships involving the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industry, universities and NHS organizations. The Intellectual Property Office worked with NIHR and the Medical Research Council to develop the Model Industry Collaborative Research Agreement (MICRA). CIPP Primer are brochures on specific topics and regions. Use them with the CIPP toolbox. The aim of the pilot agreements is to maximize innovation and promote cooperation with industry and knowledge sharing. The cornerstone of 7-model research cooperation agreements is that at least one commercial “partner” (the so-called collaborator) has the right not to exclusively use the results of the project to promote the exploitation of results and thus innovation.
